【摘要】:Theserequirementscovertheconstructionandtestofkey-lockedsafes,ClassKL.Asusedintheserequirements,ClassKLsafesarethosekey-lockedsafesdesignedtoofferprotectionagainstentrybycommonmechanicalandelectricaltools,andanycombinationofthereof.Suchsafesareintendedprimarilyfortheprotectionofdailycashdeposits.Aproductthatcontainsfeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsnewordifferentfromthosecoveredbytherequirementsinthisstandard,andthatinvolvesariskoffireorofelectricshockorinjurytopersonsshallbeevaluatedusingappropriateadditionalcomponentandend-productrequirementstomaintainthelevelofsafetyasoriginallyanticipatedbytheintentofthisstandard.Aproductwhosefeatures,characteristics,components,materials,orsystemsconflictwithspecificrequirementsorprovisionsofthisstandarddoesnotcomplywiththisstandard.Revisionofrequirementsshallbeproposedandadoptedinconformancewiththemethodsemployedfordevelopment,revision,andimplementationofthisstandard.
