【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiestheinstallationrequirementsfordirectandindirectgas-firedforcedconvectionairheatersforspaceheatingthataredesignedforcommercialorindustrialapplicationsandtowhichTheGasAppliances(Safety)Regulations1995[1]apply.ThisBritishStandardappliestotheinstallationandmaintenanceofappliancesthataredesignedtoutilizegasesofGroupHofthe2ndfamily(e.g.naturalgas),gasesofGroupPofthe3rdfamily(e.g.propane)aswellasgasesofGroupBofthe3rdfamily(e.g.butane)whensuppliedundertheconditionsofthethirdfamilypressurecouple(seeBSEN437:2003+A1:2009).NOTE1ThisBritishStandarddoesnotspecificallycoverLPG/airforwhichadditionalrequirementsmightbenecessary.ThisBritishStandardappliestotheinstallationofdirectgas-firedairheaterswithinthescopeofBSEN525:2009andtoindirectgas-firedforcedconvectionairheaterswithinthescopeofBSEN621:2009,BSEN1020:2009and,whereappropriate,BSEN1196:1998.Thesestandardscoverairheatershavinganetheatinputnotexceeding300kW.Thisstandardalsoappliestotheinstallationofdirectgas-firedairheaterswithinthescopeofBS5990:2006andtoindirectgas-firedforcedconvectionairheaterswithinthescopeofBS5991:1998.Thesestandardscoverairheatershavingagrossheatinputgreaterthan330kWbutnotexceeding2MW(1.8MWnet).NOTE2ForthepurposesofthisBritishStandard,installationincludesdesign,inspectionandcommissioning.Itisrecognizedthateachofthetaskscanbeperformedatthesametimebydifferentpersons.NOTE3Theratioofgrosstonetheatinputisapproximately1.11:1forGroupH(naturalgas),1.09:1forGroupP(propane)and1.08:1forGroupB(butane).NOTE4Theventilationratesincm2/kWofheatinputgiveninthisBritishStandardarebasedonthenetcalorificvalue.ThisBritishStandardalsoappliestoairheatersdesignedtosupplymake-upair,doorcurtainheaters,transportableairheatersandheatexchangemodules(i.e.airheaterswithoutamainairmovementfan)wheresuchheatexchangemodulesareusedinenvironmentalnon-processapplicationssuchasairhandlingunits.Italsocoversinstallationofheatersinareaswherepetroleumorotherflammableheavier-than-airvapourscanbepresent(see5.1.2).Itdoesnotincludethesafetyrequirementsforinstallationwhereflammabledusts,toxicgasesorflammablelighter-than-airgasesmightbepresentinsignificantquantities.NOTE5InsuchcasesitisimportantthatliaisontakesplacewiththeHealthandSafetyExecutive.ThisBritishStandarddoesnotapplytotheinstallationofairheaterstowhichTheGasAppliances(Safety)Regulations1995apply,orthataredesignedforthesoleuseindomesticpremises.
