【摘要】:1ThispartofISO8502describesamethodfortheassessmentofdustremainingoncleanedsteelsurfacespreparedforpainting.Itprovidespictorialratingsfortheassessmentoftheaveragequantityofdust.Italsoprovidesdescriptiveclassesfortheassessmentoftheaveragesizeofthedustparticles.NOTE1ThequantityratingsandsizeclassesreferredtointhispartofISO8502arederivedfromISO4628-1:1982,Paintsandvarnishes—Evaluationofdegradationofpaintcoatings—Designationofintensity,quantityandsizeofcommontypesofdefect—Part1:Generalprinciplesandratingschemes.2Themethodmaybecarriedouteithera)asa"pass/fail"testbyassessingthequantityofdustpresentonatestsurface,andtheaveragedustparticlesize,incomparisonwithspecificlimits;orb)toprovideapermanentrecordofthedustpresentonasurfacebymountingthetapesusedtocarryoutthetestsontiles,cardsorpaper,ofanappropriatecontrastingcolour.3Thismethodissuitablefortheassessmentofdustretained,aftercleaning,onasteelsurfacewhichcorrespondedbeforecleaningtorustgradeA,BorCasdefinedinISO8501-1.Becauseofthelimitedelasticityofadhesivetape,itisnotpossibleforthetapetopenetrateintothedeeppitspresentincleanedsteelthatoriginallycorrespondedtorustgradeD.4Whileatestprocedureinwhichpressureisappliedtoatapeusingthethumbissubjective,itisusuallyadequate,especiallyforuseinsituationswheresurfacesfreefromdustarerequired.Incasesofdispute,exceptwhenrustgradeCorDisinvolved,pressuremaybeappliedtothebackoftheadhesivetapeusingaspring-loadedroller.
