【摘要】:1.1Thisguideestablishesessentialanddesirabledataelementsforfiber-reinforcedcompositematerialsfortwopurposes:toestablishthematerialidentificationcomponentofdata-reportingrequirementsfortestreportingandtoprovideinformationforthedesignofmaterialpropertydatabases.1.1.1Thisguideisthefirstpartofatwo-partmodularapproach.Thefirstpartservestoidentifythematerialandthesecondpartservestodescribetestingproceduresandvariablesandtorecordresults.1.1.2Formechanicaltesting,therelateddocumentisGuideE1434.TheinteractionofthisguidewithGuideE1434isemphasizedbythecommonnumberingofdataelements.DataElementsA1throughG13areincludedinthisguide,andnumberingofdataelementsinGuideE1434beginswithH1forthenextdataelementblock.ThisguideismostcommonlyusedincombinationwithaguideforreportingthetestproceduresandresultssuchasGuideE1434.1.2Theseguidelinesarespecifictofiber-reinforcedpolymer-matrixcompositematerials.Compositematerials,whichalsocontainparticulatesorprecipitatedparticles,arealsoincludedprovidedtheycanbedescribedadequatelyasafillerinthematrix.1.3Thedataelementsdescribedinthisguidearesuggestedforuseinrecordingdatainacomputerizeddatabase,whichisdifferentfromcontractualreportingoftestresults.Thelattertypeofinformationisdescribedinthematerialspecificationorshowninbusinesstransactionsandissubjecttoagreementbetweenthevendorandtheuser.1.4Thisguidedefinestheinformationthatisconsideredessentialtouniquelydescribeacompositematerial.Additionaldataelementsthatareconsidereddesirable,butnotessential,arealsodefined.Thepurposeistofacilitateefficientstorageandretrievalofinformationwithacomputerandtoallowthemeaningfulcomparisonofdatafromdifferentsources.1.5ThisguidewithGuideE1434maybereferencedbythedatareportingsectionofatestmethodtoprovidecommondatareportingrequirementsformechanicaltestsofhigh-modulusfiber-reinforcedpolymer-matrixcompositematerials.Thisguidemayalsobeusefulforadditionaltests,formaterialidentificationfordatabasesatthepropertylevelsorforotherusesofmaterialidentificationofcompositematerials.1.6FromthisinformationandaguidesuchasGuideE1434,thedatabasedesignershouldbeabletoconstructthedatadictionarypreparatorytodevelopingadatabaseschema.1.7Dataelementsinthisguidearerelevanttotestdata,dataasobtainedinthetestlaboratoryandhistoricallyrecordedinlaboratorynotebooks.Propertydata,datathathavebeenanalyzedandreviewed,requireadifferentlevelofdataelements.Dataelementsforpropertydataareprovidedin.
