【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsapplicabletothedesignandconstructionoffilmconvertingmachinesformakingbagsandsacks,forthesignificantandspecifichazardslistedinClause4.Thistypeofmachineisbasedontheweldingprocess.Afilmconvertingmachineforbagsandsacksstartsatthefilmunwindingunitoratthefilminletwhenthismachineisdirectlyfedbyanupstreamprocessandendsattheproductcollectionordeliveryunit.Thebagmakinglinemayinclude:1)unwindunits2)slit-weldingunits3)gussettingunits4)lanedeviationunits5)perforatingandweldingorcuttingandweldingunits6)blockingunits7)pick-upandtransferunits8)stackingunits9)punchingunits10)foldingunits11)windingunits12)labellingortapingunits13)handleandclosureunits14)drawtapeinsertionunits15)generatorsofelectrostaticcharge16)electrostaticdischargeequipment.Printingunits,highfrequencyweldingmachinesandthedesignandconstructionofelectrostaticgeneratorsarenotcoveredbythisstandard.Ultrasonicradiationhazardsresultingfromultrasonicweldingdevices,e.g.integratedinhandleandclosureunits,arenotcoveredbythisstandard.Filmconvertingmachinesforbagsandsacksgenerallydonotcreateexplosiveatmospheres.InprincipletheythereforecorrespondwithlineFofTable2oftheATEXGuidelineandconsequentlydonotfallwithinthescopeofDirective94/9/EC.ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublicationasEN.
