【摘要】:ThisstandardisbasedonIEC61000-4-5,referringtothatpublicationwhereapplicable,andspecifiesthegeneralrequirementsforsurgetestsformeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentforpowersystemprotection,includingthecontrol,monitoringandprocessinterfaceequipmentusedwiththosesystems.Theobjectiveofthetestsistoconfirmthattheequipmentundertestwilloperatecorrectlywhenenergizedandsubjectedtohigh-energydisturbancesonthepowerandinterconnectionlines,causedbysurgevoltagesfromswitchingandlightningeffects.Thisstandarddoesnotintendtotestthecapabilityoftheinsulationtowithstandhigh-voltagestress.TheinsulationtestiscoveredbyIEC60255-5.Therequirementsspecifiedinthisstandardareapplicabletomeasuringrelaysandprotectionequipmentinanewconditionandalltestsspecifiedaretypetestsonly.Theobjectofthisstandardistodefinethe:·termsused;·testseveritylevels;·testequipment;·testset-up;·testprocedures;·criteriaforacceptance;·testreport.
