【摘要】:ISO15181-3:2007specifiestheapparatusandanalyticalmethodfordeterminingtheamountofzinebthathasbeenreleasedfromanantifoulingpaintintoartificialseawaterinaccordancewiththeproceduregiveninISO15181-1.Zinebisreleasedfromantifoulingpaintsintheformofionicethylene-bis(dithiocarbamate)whichisunstableinthemarineenvironment.ThispartofISO15181describesamethodforconvertingthereleasedspeciesintoastabledegradationproduct,ethylenethiourea,anddeterminingitsconcentrationinthetreatedartificialseawatersamples,andgivesthefinalcalculationforthereleaserateofzinebunderthespecifiedlaboratoryconditions.ThispartofISO15181isdesignedtogenerallyallowtheconcurrentdeterminationofzinebandotherbiocidesthatcanbereleasedbyagivenantifoulingpaint(forexample,copper)throughtheanalysisofseparatesub-samplesofanartificialseawaterextractgeneratedinaccordancewiththeproceduregiveninISO15181-1.WhenusedinconjunctionwithISO15181-1,thepracticallimitsonthequantitativemeasurementofreleaseratesbythismethodarefrom2,9microgramspersquarecentimetreperdayto500microgramspersquarecentimetreperday.Thequantitativemeasurementofreleaseratesbelowthisrangewillrequiretheuseofananalyticalmethodwithalowerlimitofquantitationforethylenethiourea.
