【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisrestrictedtorefrigerantsystemsprovidingcoolingorheatingofpassengercompartment,battery,etc.,inpassengermotorvehicles.Itprovidesminimumdesignrequirementsforrefrigerantcontainmentandsafetyrequirementsofthesesystems.ThisInternationalStandardaddressestheuseofonlyR?134a,R?1234yfandR?744refrigerantsinvehicleoriginalequipmentmanufacturer(OEM)andaftermarket(non-OEM)suppliedcomponentsandsystems.Therelevantrisksassociatedwiththeserefrigerantsystemsare:—projectionoffragmentsorfluidduetohighpressuresystems;—inhalationoftoxicsubstances,includingpotentialdecompositionproducts;—flamepropagation.Consequently,thisInternationalStandardwilladdressthecomponentandsystemdesignrequirementsrelatedtoanyofthesehazardswheretherefrigerantsystemisinvolved.Anyscenarioinvolvingothercomponentsfromtheheating,ventilationandairconditioning(HVAC)system(heater,blower,airmixinganddistribution)oranyothercomponentofthevehiclenotrelatedtotherefrigerantsystemwillnotbecoveredinthisInternationalStandard.ThepurposeofthisInternationalStandardistoensurethatend-usersorservicetechniciansarenotexposedtohazardsduringnormalusage,maintenanceandrepair,andend-of-lifedisposalofthecar.Therefore,manufacturing,storageandtransportationoftherefrigerant,aswellasrefrigerantdistributionandfillingmachinesintheassemblyplantwillnotbecoveredinthisInternationalStandard.Forthesesituations,thesafetyofqualifiedpersonnelwillbeaddressedbyexistingstandardscommonlyusedamongtheindustryandrelevantregulations.Entirevehiclelifetimehasbeenconsideredtoaddressdurabilityissues.FortheR?134asystem,thisInternationalStandardappliestoanynewmodeltypelaunchedoneyearafterthedocumentispublished.FortheR?1234yfandR?744systems,thisInternationalStandardappliesfromfirstapplicationoftheserefrigerantstoanyvehicle.
